4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement of the same card only

7. Lost or Delivered Packages

• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled
  
• If a package is marked delivered but not received, we offer replacement only (no refunds)
  
• For delayed shipments, we must allow 7 business days past the estimated delivery date before considering a package lost
