At Rewind Cards, we aim to deliver your custom trading cards quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review our shipping details below.


Shipping Locations


We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States


Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Larger orders may take 2–3 business days to process
  • Orders are shipped once processing is complete.


Shipping Rates


We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:

  • $3.99 shipping for the first card
  • Free shipping on all additional cards in the same order

This makes it easy and affordable to bundle multiple cards.



Shipping Methods & Carriers


All orders are shipped with tracking included.

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS (United States)
  • Canada Post (Canada)

In some cases, we may use trusted regional carriers to ensure faster or more efficient delivery.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 4–6 business days
  • Canada: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.


Packaging


All cards are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Shipped in protective custom graded-style slabs
  • Secured inside bubble mailers to prevent damage during transit

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments


If your order is delayed:

  • Please allow 7 business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us
  • If your package is confirmed lost: You may choose between a replacement card or a full refund


Delivered but Not Received


If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • We offer replacement cards only (no refunds in this case)


Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged:

  • We will replace the product at no cost
  • Please contact us with details so we can resolve the issue quickly


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers in Canada and the United States will not be charged additional duties or import taxes
